OLUFEMI MICAH (Senior Managing Partner)

Mr Olufemi Micah is a Senior Managing Partner of the firm. He has extensive knowledge in corporate and commercial law. He has worked in various capacities with respect to corporate financing, debt restructuring, development and asset project financing. He holds an LLB from the University of Ghana. He also holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from University of Michigan. Mr Micah as holds the membership of the Boards of many corporate and financial institutions in Ghana. He also provides advisory services on corporate matters to a number of government and private organisations domestically and abroad.

JAMES FORDJOUR AMANKWA​​ (Managing Partner)

James Fordjour is an astute and brilliant lawyer. He was called to the bar as recently as in October, 2004, but his phenomenal rise within the annals of legal practice has been an inspiration to many young lawyers. He holds a law degree from KNUST. He also holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Dundee. James’ rise to the position of a Managing Partner of the firm is a testament to his meticulousness, attention to detail, negotiation skills and courtroom prowess. He has taken on and exceled in many high profile cases in commercial litigation and has quickly established an enviable niche for himself and the firm in corporate and commercial practice.

PRECIOUS KUSI (Partner)

Ms Precious is a Partner of the firm. She was called to the bar in the year 2015, and has an impressive 7 years of legal practice under her belt. She has been with the firm for years and has chalked numerous successes. She is an experienced family law practitioner and has had a number of cases she has worked on reported in Supreme Court of Ghana law reports. She has extensive knowledge and experience in property settlement, divorce proceedings, adoption, child and custody orders, wills, etc. She has variously acted as a resource person in many local and international conferences on family law.

PRISCILLA ACHEAMPOMAA APPIAH​ (Administrator)

Priscilla is the Administrator of the firm. She is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Firm, including supervising all non-attorney personnel and evaluating and managing the Firm’s operating and information systems. Her duties also include overseeing the Firm’s finance functions and client development activities. She holds a degree in Business Administration (Management Option) from the University of Ghana.

JEFF ANTWI KUSI​​ (Associate)

Jeff was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2016. He is an associate of the firm. He previously worked with the GIPC for almost two years before making the decision to enter into private practice. He is an ardent lover of civil litigation and is currently pursuing an online Masters of Law degree in commercial law.

MRS GRACE BINFO (Paralegal) ​

Grace works with the firm as a paralegal. While providing an assistive role to the managing partner, she is responsible for legal research, corresponding with clients as well as other administrative duties. She’s confident in her ability to produce results and exceed expectations. Grace has an unwavering resolve to consistently grow and learn new things on a daily basis. She graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana. Grace is also a student of the Ghana School of Law and will soon be called to the Ghana Bar.

Evelyn works with the firm as a paralegal. While providing an assistive role to the managing partner, she is also responsible for legal research, corresponding with clients as well as other administrative duties. She’s confident in her ability to produce results and exceed expectations. Grace has an unwavering resolve to consistently grow and learn new things on a daily basis. She graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana. She is also a student of the Ghana School of Law and will soon be called to the Ghana Bar.
